The time has finally come! The Beefbar at GRACE LA MARGNA opens its doors on 20 December. But that’s not all: the MaxMoritz restaurant has been restyled and now welcomes its guests under the name Stüvetta Moritz. Let the winter season begin!
Beefbar St. Moritz
The Beefbar’s street food menu offers luxurious reinterpretations of global favourites. Inspired by iconic street food, the menu focuses on high-quality ingredients and intense flavours. Guests can enjoy a diverse selection of gourmet appetisers – from Angus beef tacos to Mediterranean wagyu kebab in flatbread. Everything is prepared with the Beefbar’s signature elegance and innovative flair, guaranteeing a relaxed yet refined dining experience.
Stüvetta Moritz
Swiss traditions are in the spotlight here, refined with a touch of modern flair. The result is more than just a meal – it is a place where tradition and innovation merge to create a unique culinary experience. New interpretations of Swiss classics invite you on an enjoyable journey of discovery.
The new restaurant impresses with a design by the renowned Berlin interior designer Fabian Freytag.
